QTS Ltd is pleased to announce the launch of the QS Hub, a newly developed high-capacity storage facility designed to hold larger volumes of stock-sized wire mesh decking. This investment represents a significant step forward in how we support trade customers with fast, dependable access to our most in-demand products.
The QS Hub allows us to fulfil larger orders more efficiently and provide quicker lead times for time-sensitive projects. The QS Hub is a dedicated space for housing the easySHELF™ Quick Stock range, with a focus on two of our most popular deck options:
- Bright Zinc-Plated (BZP) Mesh Decks
- Powder-Coated Mesh Decks
By increasing on-hand volumes of these products, the QS Hub allows our warehouse team to process and dispatch high-volume orders faster and more accurately. This means reduced waiting times for customers and greater confidence when planning around fixed project timelines.

Bright Zinc-Plated Mesh Decks
Our BZP easySHELF™ decks offer durability, fast delivery and a simple drop-on fit for pallet racking. These decks are fully ESFR compliant and designed to improve airflow, light access and sprinkler system efficiency.

- 4mm wire thickness
- 3 to 6 support bars, depending on the required weight load
- Supports an 800kg to 1500kg UDL depending on the design
- Bright zinc-plated finish
- Compatible with all popular racking bay widths
Powder-Coated Mesh Decks
Ideal for environments where finish and hygiene are key, these decks combine strength with a premium appearance. The powder-coating process enhances corrosion resistance and provides a clean, consistent surface finish across every unit.

- 4.6mm wire thickness
- 3 to 5 support bars, depending on specification
- Supports up to 1000kg or 1500kg UDL
- Powder-coated in RAL 7042 grey
