Can I get a credit account?
Yes, we would ask you to complete our account opening forms so that we can get a credit limit approved by our insurance. Unfortunately, sometimes we may not be able to get credit limit for you and we would ask you to pay proforma for the first few orders to get a payment history with us. We may also do payment schedules on orders which can help you out during this time. We would do our upmost to help where we can.
Do we accept credit cards?
Unfortunately, we don’t.
How quick can I get delivery of stock size decks?
Lead time on stock decks are 7-10 working days
What are your bank details?
All our bank details are on the bottom of our invoices, In the body of the email the invoices are sent with or on our statement. If you need them to be verified they you can always call accounts and they will be more than happy to do this.
What are your payment terms?
All our accounts are 30 days from date of invoice. Unless you have agreed extended payment terms with your account manager or if you have a large project then this can sometimes be agreed within the quote.
What finish would you use on wire mesh products that are going to be used outside?
Hot-Dipped Galvanised is the most suitable solution for outdoor use
What is our standard wire thickness on decks?
We use a 4mm wire. Like most of our products, this can be changed to suit your needs
What is the lead time for bespoke orders?
You will find this information at the bottom of your order acknowledgement. The lead time depends on our production plan and availability of stock, If you need more information or wish to discuss your lead time, contact your account manager.
What UDL will a 3 bar deck hold?
1000kgs as long as the weight is spanning the beams

1500kgs as long as the weight is spanning the beams
