March Golf Experience Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Competition Organiser:

  • The competition is organised by QTS Ltd. For any inquiries, please contact enquiries@qts-ltd.co.uk.

2. Eligibility:

  • The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, except employees of QTS Ltd and their immediate families. The competition is only open to customers who place an order of at least £1,000 between 1st March 2025 and 31st March 2025 via the Quote to Site® platform.

3. How to Enter:

  • To enter, participants must place an order with a minimum value of £1,000 using the Quote to Site® platform between 1st March 2025 and 31st March 2025. Each eligible order placed via the Quote to Site® platform will count as one entry. Multiple orders increase your chances of winning, with each order over £1,000 counting as a separate entry. Orders must be completed and confirmed during the promotional period to qualify for entry.

4. Prize

  • Two winners will each receive a prize of a round of golf for themselves and two friends at the exclusive JCB golf course. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative. The scheduling of the golf round is subject to availability at the JCB golf course and must be booked in advance.

5. Winner Selection

  • Two winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by 31st March 2025. The draw will take place by Friday, the 11th of April 2025, and the winners will be notified by email or phone (using the contact details provided when placing the order). If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, a new winner may be selected.

6. Prize Delivery

  • Once the winners are confirmed, arrangements will be made for the winners to book their golf round at a suitable date agreed upon with the JCB golf course.

7. Publicity

  • By entering, winners agree to participate in any promotional activity related to the competition, including but not limited to the use of their name, likeness, and any submitted content in any media without further compensation.

8. Data Protection

  • By entering the competition, participants consent to the processing of their personal data by QTS Ltd for the purpose of administering the competition and prize fulfillment. Your data will not be shared with any third parties, except where required by law or for the booking of the prize.

9. General Conditions

  • QTS Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions. The competition is subject to cancellation or change at the discretion of QTS Ltd. In the event of a dispute, QTS Ltd’s decision is final and binding.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • QTS Ltd is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by the competition, prize, or any related activity, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
