QTS Ltd is proud to officially announce the launch of its new Safety & Signage Division, a strategic expansion designed to deliver industry-leading protection and visual communication solutions to warehouses and manufacturing facilities across the UK and Europe.

This newly established division is led by Susy Keating, Divisional Director, and supported by Trevor Key, Business Development Manager. Together, they bring over 40 years of experience in the safety signage and protection industry. They will head up a team focused on delivering expert support and practical safety solutions tailored to the needs of trade customers.

At the heart of this division are two key product ranges:

  • rackPROTECT™ – a comprehensive range of racking and pedestrian protection barriers designed to safeguard people, equipment, and stock in fast-paced environments.
  • Custom Safety Signage – high-impact signage tailored for warehousing and industrial settings, from racking load notices to floor graphics, hazard signage, and more.

To power the signage offering, QTS has made substantial investments, including a state-of-the-art, in-house print facility and further client software enhancements in Quote to Site®, capable of producing premium signage to industry standards with rapid turnaround and precision.

Craig De-Lara, Managing Director at QTS said:

“As QTS expands avenues to create greater value for our clients, the strategy to expand our business through a growing portfolio of synergistic products and services will ensure we continue to offer value across the board.

Pairing our manufacturing experience with our newly invested in-house printing and production capabilities will ensure we seamlessly integrate these new offerings into our range and provide exceptional service in the process.

Our aim is not to sell products, it’s to design solutions, mitigate risk, and add value, and this strategic step does just that. Innovation and creativity will ensure we remain on the front foot, providing turnkey solutions to our trade customers in the warehouse and storage industry.

Susy brings a wealth of business, leadership and safety-related experience, having grown similar business units with great success, so I know our customers and the future of this new division are in safe hands.

I was extremely confident that Trevor would be a great addition to our new division, and it’s become very apparent that he is highly regarded amongst QTS’ existing customers. It’s great to have his experience, energy and care for the customer within our team as we set out on this new venture.”

Susy Keating has said:

“I am excited to be part of this new venture for QTS, which is a strong complement to the high-quality products and services our customers have come to trust and rely on.

The purpose of our Safety & Signage division is to develop and deliver a comprehensive range of solutions that provide our customers with a complete, end-to-end offering in workplace safety and visual support.

Our goal is to continue delivering exceptional service to our valued customers while welcoming new ones to experience everything QTS has to offer.
As a start-up division, we have a unique opportunity to develop products with our customers’ needs at the heart of every brief. We’re not a ‘me-too’ business—we’re agile, innovative, and committed to quality, all with a true entrepreneurial spirit.

What makes it even more exciting is working alongside the incredible team that has built QTS into the respected name it is today and doing so under the leadership and guidance of Craig, who is both inspiring and energising.”

The Safety & Signage Division reflects QTS’s commitment to continual innovation and supporting its loyal customer base with more complete solutions under one roof. This launch follows a series of strategic developments, including the formal launch of the Industrial Division with the recent acquisition of HiStore.

As the new division grows, QTS customers can expect a dedicated team, streamlined ordering processes through Quote to Site®, and the same trusted quality on which QTS has built its reputation for over twenty years.
