QTS Celebrates 1st Birthday at Hinckley HQ

This month QTS are celebrating our one year anniversary since moving its operations to Hinckley  with the announcement that stocks of easysSHELF, Q-lockers and Rack Guardian Ranges are to be increased further.

The move to Hinckley was the first step in QTS' plan to provide unparalleled access to a full range of racking and storage equipment. The 10,000ft warehouse, which already holds double the quantity of panels previously held at Lutterworth, will now house even greater stocks of  easySHELF and Rack Guardian to help better facilitate larger orders and offer a greater flexibility in delivery schedules.

Maximizing on the added capacity, the Q-lockers range will also see an expansion in September, with the introduction of a smaller 300mm carcasses, sloping tops and support stands. The range has proven a hit with our distributors with sales soaring above expectations as a result of our winning formula of high QTS quality, flexibility and low costs.

The combination of increased stocks and additional product lines will enable us to provide more options to our distributors than ever before, along with guaranteeing  the  high levels of customer service.

Abi Owen, General Manager comments, "having a warehouse of our own has meant closer attention is being paid to the needs of our customers. QTS can now offer more flexible deliveries to site with some orders being dispatched and delivered within 24 hours. Also, working with a dedicated transport company has increased our on time delivery performance and reduced damages to almost nothing. This is excellent news for QTS and our customers as we can show the same high level of service with our deliveries as we do with our products"

Looking to the future, 2012 will be kick started  with a new easySHELF express program which will see a dramatic decrease in lead time for smaller custom made easySHELF. Details of the official launch will be made via our new website next month
