EMT – Health Care, a Nottingham based supplier to independent pharmacies had out grown their existing warehouse. Trent Design Group proposed a new adjustable pallet racking with Rack Guardian anti-collapse to increase pallet storage capacity.

As part of the installation EMT wanted to create a safe walkway along one side of the warehouse to provide protection from possible falling produce. Lance Merryweather, project manager,  proposed for a single entry run to be fitted with anti-collapse from the floor to 6500mm along the entire length.

Trent Storage & design commissioned QTS' Rack Guardian system for the project due to their ability to follow a strict delivery deadline needed to minimise operation disruption. The correct amount of panels were delivered on the Friday of each phase and installed throughout the weekend to ensure completion on time. Lance added, "Trent Storage & design have worked on numerous projects which included QTS' products. They are first choice for Anti-collapse and mesh decking due to their ability to deliver on time and at a very competitive price".
