The Q-System

The Q-System is a simple anti-collapse solution using wire mesh and brackets to guard against falling products. It can be used on new or existing installations.

The innovative new design gives major improvements over traditional options.

As well as the bolt on Universal bracket that can be fitted to ALL uprights, the Q-System uniquely offers the facility of customised brackets for many of the leading brands of pallet racking. These brackets simply slot into the upright providing a bolt-free connection - which means an incredible speed of installation*.

the small things that make a big difference

Where the Q-System out performs others is in the detail.

• Same thickness of wire is used throughout - so strength and rigidity are completely uniform no matter how large the area of racking to be guarded.

• Each panel is made using 3 mm thick wire in a 50x50mm mesh grid.

• What’s more, the system is entirely self-supporting, using its own stand-off brackets to provide maximum strength - and that little extra overhanging space for items that don’t quite sit neatly onto the shelf. The Universal brackets bolt straight onto existing uprights. By designing an extended hook at the end of this, both the panel above and below the bracket is held in place.

• A specially developed U-profile wraps around to protect and strengthen the edges of cut-down grids - which also helps to prevent injuries when handling the mesh.

• The Q-System is powder coated in standard RAL 7024 Graphite Grey or dependant on quantity a colour can be matched to your existing corporate livery or coding systems.
